Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, the Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and positioning Hotel Greystone as the premier boutique hotel in Miami Beach. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive salary, along with benefits and opportunities for professional growth. What You Will Do: 1. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Director of Sales to implement sales strategies that maximize revenue across the following segments: group (10 rooms and less), corporate, and consortia. 2. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, travel agents, event planners, and corporate accounts to drive repeat business and customer loyalty to include off-site visits and on property site tours. 3. Revenue Generation: Identify and secure new business opportunities, ensuring monthly and annual revenue targets are met or exceeded. 4. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and industry developments to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions. 5. Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. 6. Event Coordination Support: Partner with the Food & Beverage and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events and group bookings. 7. Solicitation: Actively solicit and uncover new business opportunities that align with the hotel's business model, ensuring a consistent and proactive approach to pipeline growth. 8. Brand Representation: Represent Hotel Greystone at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase visibility and brand awareness. 9. Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Director of Sales on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market feedback. 10. Administrative Duties: Manage hotel systems (Tripleseat, Stay N Touch, Hotel Planner, CVENT), maintain the monthly and yearly sales calendar, and create detailed group resumes to ensure smooth coordination and communication between all departments.
