Today marks a major milestone for Circuit & Chisel. We’ve raised $19.2M in seed funding to build the infrastructure powering the agentic age. Our first launch is ATXP — the Agent Transaction Protocol. Just as HTTP made the internet browsable for humans, ATXP makes it transactable for AI agents. This round is led by Robostrategy, CRV, and First Round Capital, with participation from Salesforce Ventures, @NVentures (NVIDIA), Amazon Industrial Innovation Fund, Samsung Next, and LG Technology Ventures. In just one year, we: - Launched DYNA-1, a groundbreaking embodied AI foundation model that powers general-purpose robots with a 99+% success rate in 24/7 operations. - Deployed our robots to customers across hotels, restaurants, laundromats, gyms, and growing! For the first time, a general-purpose foundation model is operating 16hours/day, performing diverse daily tasks at commercial scale. All in real life.
