Our Aztec student-athletes gave back in a big way this past month, serving 206 hours in the community. From creating crafts and playing music for senior residents, cheering on fellow Aztecs, and reading to local school kids, to supporting our unhoused neighbors with food, clothing, hygiene kits, and haircuts. The 2024-25 season at San Diego State Athletics brought us SIX conference championships: Softball, Men's Golf, Women's Basketball, Women's Tennis, Men's Soccer, and Swimming & Dive. Earlier this month, we had the privilege of honoring many of them at Snapdragon Stadium. An incredible showcase of dedication, teamwork, and Aztec pride. Here are a few notable bullet points from Saturday's 34-0 victory: 🔴SDSU has consecutive home shutouts to start a season for the first time in its Division I history (since 1969). ⚫The Aztecs recorded their first shutout against a Power conference team since 1975. 🔴SDSU recorded its largest margin of victory (34 points) against a team from a Power conference in its Division I history (since 1969).
