Another big win for Sandpiper Hospitality as we open our latest hotel, the WoodSpring Suites in Greenville, SC. This hotel was beautifully developed by Liberty Investment Properties and built by Integrated Construction, LLC . Our team opened this hotel much earlier than expected thanks to the great work by Integrated, Liberty and Choice Hotels International. Positioned in a new entertainment zone just three miles from the Greenville/Spartanburg Airport, this property will benefit from the continued growth and development of the micro and macro markets and the adjacent new Top Golf and Main Event venues. Sandpiper Hospitality is again thrilled to announce the opening of yet another fabulous new hotel, the EVERHOME SUITES in BROWNSVILLE, TX. This marks our 68th hotel under management and 4th Everhome Suites product. This hotel opened almost flawlessly, thanks to our team and the amazing team from Highside Companies, the developer of the hotel. The hotel is stunningly well-built, with beautifully curated landscaping and all the useful guest amenities that the brand offers.    Each hotel we open takes on a life of its own and this one is no different. Our team was ready to open the hotel well before opening date and scored a 92% on the opening QA. This team led by RM Daniel Bustos, enjoyed a relatively smooth opening which will allow us to capitalize immediately on the high demand that the market has.
