Three SAWs (Servants At Work, Inc.) ramps in three days sponsored by OneAmerica Financial. Day 1: This great team of four from OneAmerica partnered with SAWS volunteers to place 100lf of ramp in 3.25 hrs (15 ft of platform; 20 ft of ramp; 65 ft of boardwalk) for Lucy. Well done!

So what do you do when it's the day before a scheduled build and everything is ready to go except....the corporate sponsor has not supplied any volunteers? This band of brothers from SAWs (Servants At Work, Inc.) came together on very short notice so we wouldn't let the client down. The small but mighty experienced team of regulars put this gem in place in 2.5 hrs! We beat the sun to the front of the house, avoided the heat of the day, made a client very happy, and were home for lunch. A good day!

It was hot and it was worth it! Yesterday we had the opportunity to build an accessibility ramp for someone in the community who needed it. Thank you to Scott Tornquist for leading the charge & getting Joshua Haluska, CPA & I out there! This was made possible by SAWs (Servants At Work, Inc.) if anyone is interested in helping out on a project like this!

I always appreciate the opportunity to work with CitizensEnergyGroup undefined volunteers. Earlier today these good people soldiered through persistent drizzle to place a 59lf project (including a 77 sf overlay) in just under four hours. The Citizens Energy and SAWs (Servants At Work, Inc.) partnership makes it possible for the client to exit his house without EMS assistance for the first time in nearly two years. Well done!

Congratulations to Servants at Work – one of our 2025 Beacon Foundation Grant winners! This faith-driven nonprofit builds life-changing accessibility ramps for low-income Hoosiers with permanent or long-term disabilities, restoring freedom, safety, and dignity right at their front door. Since 2022, they’ve built 13 ramps for residents in Marshall County—and with their grant, they’ll construct even more ADA-compliant ramps for neighbors in need. SAWs (Servants At Work, Inc.)

Our Rehab Express team recently volunteered with SAWs (Servants At Work, Inc.) to build a wheelchair ramp for someone in need of better accessibility at home.
