We are excited to welcome Katie Sweeten to Scale as a Partner in our Litigation practice. Katie is a former federal prosecutor with more than 18 years of government service working alongside the military, intelligence agencies, and law enforcement. She brings deep expertise guiding clients through export controls, economic sanctions, white collar and internal investigations, and classified matters. Her work spans unmanned aerial systems, artificial intelligence, cryptocurrency, and other dual-use and emerging national security technologies. At Scale, Katie will focus her practice on litigation, national security, and advising companies at the intersection of technology, defense, and regulation. Welcome, Katie!
