The next generation of workers is reshaping expectations. According to Purdue Global, 70% of Gen Z expect a promotion within 18 months.  They are also prioritizing: ➡️Purpose-driven work. ➡️Growth opportunities. ➡️A culture aligned with their values. ➡️Mentoring and development.
