Events like the PTO Roving Chef Challenge are a staple in how we integrate into each district we serve, creating opportunities for students, staff, and key community members to connect through food and fun. Schools across the GADSDEN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT #32 teamed up for a competitive culinary competition, using fresh ingredients provided by our team. The creativity and energy in the room was unmatched, with Gadsden Elementary School placing first! We’re so proud to partner with a district that celebrates food, learning, and community spirit in such a unique way. 👩🍳

"You have to try the Shakin’ Sauce!”🔥 When the classroom and kitchen team up, magic happens. Four creative middle schoolers from Germantown Municipal School District took their food and consumer science assignment to the next level, crafting an epic new dipping sauce that quickly became a hit. When GMSD Food Services Specialist Debra Davis got a taste, she knew it was too good to stay a classroom secret! With help from our District Chef Tony McCray, the student-made recipe was scaled up to serve the whole school. “My role was just to expand the measurements so it could be made in bulk,” he said. “This sauce is one hundred percent theirs.” This collaboration is a true example of what can happen when curriculums and cafeterias join forces. Here’s to bringing food education to the forefront!
