What a tremendous few days spent recently at Foxwoods Resort Casino for our annual Partner Retreat! The highlight was a deep-dive business session on Leadership and for that we say a very special thank you to our facilitator, Dr. Bonny J. Forrest, J.D., M.Phil., Ph.D., for guiding us through her session, "Lead from Where You Are: Conversations for Alignment." The goal was simple: strengthen the firm-driving conversations by embracing the shared responsibility that every Partner leads from where they are. We left with practical tools and a clear framework to use daily. We successfully balanced strategy with connection, enjoying social time together throughout the weekend. The retreat concluded with a fantastic dinner at VUE 24, where the beautiful autumn foliage from the 24th floor provided a stunning backdrop for great conversation and camaraderie. The energy from our Partners was palpable and we are excited and eager to carry the momentum from these leadership conversations forward. #Partnership #LeadershipDevelopment #TeamBuilding #Retreat

Manufacturers sponsoring benefit plans for their workers need to stay up-to-date on the latest changes from the U.S. Department of Labor and the U.S. Internal Revenue Service, notes Shipman & Goodwin LLP's Ryan Less. "Plan sponsors should make sure that their service providers, including their payroll companies, are prepared to operate their plans in accordance with the new rules and that their plan documents are amended before 2027." https://cbia.biz/46HcAwT
