Throughout October, our team members worldwide united in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. From rocking pink Signature polos, to serving up smiles at our Flipping for a Cause breakfasts in Orlando, to racing for awareness in Antigua, Greece and France, our teams came together to raise critical funds in the fight against breast cancer. We also partnered with the National Breast Cancer Foundation for an inspiring webinar on the importance of early detection. Our SOAR ’26 leadership conference wrapped up last week with one of our favorite moments of the year, celebrating #HospitalityHeroes from around the world. Congratulations to Charlesworth Georges at Terrance B. Lettsome Airport (EIS) in the British Virgin Islands, Tammy Rehring at Boca Raton Airport Authority (BCT), Michael Rosengreen at Bradley International Airport (BDL) in Connecticut, Madison Stevens at Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport (MSP), Ilias Drakonakis at Heraklion International Airport, Crete (HER) in Greece, and Nancy Rios at Scottsdale Airport (SDL)! Each month, our global Hospitality Heroes program recognizes team members who go above and beyond to provide exceptional service and create unforgettable guest experiences. This year’s Heroes were selected by our Regional Vice Presidents, based on guest experience surveys as well as nominations from our Operations and executive leaders. When nearly 500 Signature Aviation leaders come together, amazing things happen. During our annual Leadership Conference, we assembled 150 bikes and 150 skateboards for children in foster care. Through our partnership with Foster Love, these bikes and skateboards will help kids in the greater Orlando area get to after-school programs and activities, giving them the freedom to explore, connect, and just be kids. We’re proud to support an organization that’s making a difference in the lives of children and families.

Our teams in Canada came together as we proudly sponsored and participated in hopeair’s Haul for Hope Air. Team members at Vancouver Airport Authority (YVR) and Calgary International Airport - YYC joined their airport communities in two plane pulls, putting grit, determination, and teamwork to the test. At each event, our teams pulled a ~60,000 lb. aircraft, racing against the clock to raise funds for Hope Air’s mission: providing free flights and accommodations to low-income Canadians who must travel far for specialist medical care. From coast to coast, our teams at Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) and Oakland San Francisco Bay Airport rolled up their sleeves to make a difference during the 40th annual International Coastal Cleanup, a global effort to remove trash from the world’s beaches and waterways. At PBI, we joined KEEP PALM BEACH COUNTY BEAUTIFUL INC at R.G. Kreusler Park, helping preserve Florida’s beautiful shoreline. At OAK, our crew partnered with the Port of Oakland and the California Coastal Commission to remove debris along the local waterway near the airport.
