Simplot Global Food has officially begun operations at its new Lagunillas plant, located near Morelia and putting us closer to the avocado growing region. The facility is designed for frozen guacamole and cut fruit production, with improved efficiency, sustainability, and room to grow! With over 800 employees, the new facility further strengthens our ability to deliver high-quality products while supporting local economic growth. It’s a big win for Global Food- and for guacamole lovers everywhere!

Simplot was proud to be part of the Meat & Tater Idaho BBQ Fest in Meridian, Idaho, where we helped feed the community with a collection of our potato, fruit, vegetable, and meat products.
