We represented Integrum Holdings LP (“Integrum”) in connection with the formation and fundraising of its second flagship fund, Integrum Capital Partners II LP (together with its parallel fund, “Fund II” or the “Fund”), which raised over $2.5 billion. Fund II was significantly oversubscribed and attracted a broad and global base of institutional investors, including public and private pension plans, insurance companies, family offices, foundations, investment consultants, sovereign wealth funds and funds of funds. Fund II’s investment capacity is further expanded by $500 million in additional commitments from Integrum, friends and family and affiliated co-investment vehicles. Integrum is an investment firm based in New York focused on investing in services businesses and partnering with management teams to accelerate growth. With approximately $5 billion in assets under management, Integrum has invested in six companies to date, with equity commitments ranging from $100 million to $1.2 billion per investment. Simpson Thacher attorneys contributed to the 2025 edition of Lexology Panoramic Next: Private Equity. Partners Michael Chao, Mark Myott, Peter H. Gilman and Jessica O'Connell, and Associates Faisal Ajam, Russell Reed and Henry Litwhiler were the contributing editors and co-authored the “Global Overview” and “USA” chapters. The “Global Overview” chapter reviewed private equity M&A and fundraising activity in the first half of this year, providing insights into robust investor demand despite facing macroeconomic uncertainty in the markets, and provided an outlook for the second half of 2025. The chapter discussed the private equity M&A environment in the Americas, EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions, detailing how debt financing markets, portfolio company sales and public listings and H1 private equity fundraising fared during that time.
