We developed our multi-functional H2S Scavenger, Scale Inhibitor and Corrosion Inhibitor technology, HSCI38130A, to solve critical operational challenges for oil and gas producers. We are thrilled to announce this technology has been nominated for the Best Oilfield Fluids and Chemicals award at the Gulf Energy Information Excellence Awards 2025.   HSCI38130A is engineered to deliver advanced H2S removal while safeguarding asset integrity and flow assurance. Every incremental barrel matters—especially when recovering oil from mature reservoirs.    With ChampionX now part of SLB, we’re combining industry-leading reservoir chemistry with SLB’s domain expertise to extend the life of assets and unlock barrels that were once thought unreachable. These chemical solutions address challenges like conformance control, water shutoff, and mobility control. This helps operators maximize the recovery factor in mature fields.    A great example is the BrightWater™ deployment in Alaska. Imagine over 90 wells with untapped potential. We used an innovative water injection solution to reach previously bypassed areas of a reservoir and improve sweep efficiency.
