At the 2025 SCRS Global Site Solutions Summit, SCRS Chief Site Success Officer Jimmy Bechtel shared a powerful message: It's time to move beyond endless talk about communication and start truly collaborating. His key insight? The industry is good at gathering feedback but often fails at closing the loop. Sites and patients need to know their input drives real change. "We listen, but we don't always tell people we've implemented their feedback and how things will be different going forward," Bechtel noted. True partnership means showing sites and patients that their voices matter and demonstrating the results. SCRS is thrilled to share the tremendous success of our AI-Utilities demonstration sessions at the Global Summit in Orlando last week! The enthusiasm and engagement from our community members who participated in these focused research sessions exceeded our expectations. Across all three demo sessions, attendees provided incredibly positive feedback on how these innovative tools could transform clinical operations efficiency at the site level. What energized us most was the genuine excitement in the room—seasoned clinical research professionals saw immediate potential for these AI-powered utilities to streamline study conduct and reduce operational burdens that sites face daily. This feedback validates our vision: leveraging artificial intelligence combined with SCRS's deep expertise in clinical operations to create practical, impactful solutions for our community. What's Next? The insights gathered are fueling our development of a beta program rollout plan. We're not just building technology—we're reimagining how SCRS supports the industry and enhances the efficiency of clinical research at the site level. Contact info@myscrs.org to get involved in the beta plan. Thank you to everyone who invested their time and shared their insights. Your input is shaping the future of clinical research operations. Stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks. This is just the beginning of an exciting journey!
