Calling for Volunteers - Help us honor every hero this December for Wreaths Across America. The Society of American Military Engineers is honored to participate in Wreaths Across America, a nationwide initiative dedicated to remembering our fallen U.S. veterans, honoring those who serve, and teaching the value of freedom. Every December, National Wreaths Across America Day brings the mission (Remember, Honor, and Teach) to life. Volunteers across the country coordinate wreath-laying ceremonies at Arlington National Cemetery and more than 5,200 locations nationwide, honoring the service and sacrifice of our nation's veterans. On December 13, 2025, we will join thousands of volunteers across the country to place wreaths on the graves of our heroes at two cemeteries in Puget Sound. Please join us at either the Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent or the Ivy Green Cemetery in Bremerton. This annual tradition is a meaningful way to pay tribute to the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. The deadline to sponsor is November 28th, if you would like a wreath to be placed on December 13th please ensure you sponsor before the deadline.
