Earlier this month, our Hispanic and Disability focused employee networks hosted a powerful and inspiring Fireside Chat with Diego Mariscal, Founder and CEO of 2Gether-International. Diego’s story as a proud self-advocate and entrepreneur with a disability was highlighted as he spoke on lived experiences that fuel his mission to empower disabled founders and build inclusive innovation ecosystems. His insights on representation, accessibility, and community-driven leadership were both powerful and actionable. #TeamSony members were encouraged to reflect on how their roles can support inclusive practices within Sony and beyond.
