  • October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month; a time to stand with survivors, honor those we’ve lost, and commit to building safer, healthier communities. 💜 Domestic violence impacts millions of people each year, but with compassion, support, and awareness, we can help break the cycle. No one should have to suffer in silence, and together we can ensure that hope and healing are always possible. Let’s raise our voices, shine a light, and remind survivors: you are seen, you are believed, and you are not alone.

  • Today, October 10th, we recognize World Mental Health Day. In every workplace and community, mental well-being deserves the same attention and care as physical health. Supporting one another, offering empathy, and fostering open dialogue can transform not only our organizations, but lives. Let’s lead with compassion, reduce stigma, and create spaces where it’s safe to say, “I need help,” and even safer to receive it.

  • Please join us in celebrating Lynda Riford for 25 years of outstanding service! Lynda’s dedication, passion, and integrity have made a lasting impact on our organization and on everyone fortunate enough to work alongside her. Her commitment shines both in her work and in the care she shows others. Thank you, Lynda, for 25 years of excellence and inspiration!

  • This week marks Mental Illness Awareness Week; a time to recognize that mental health is every bit as important as physical health. 1 in 5 people will experience a mental illness in their lifetime, yet stigma and silence too often make the journey feel isolating. By opening conversations, sowing compassion, and offering support, we can help create workplaces and communities where no one feels they have to struggle alone. Let’s stand together to raise awareness, break down barriers, and remind one another: you are not alone, and help is always within reach.

  • This week marks National Primary Care Provider (PCP) Awareness Week, a time to honor the physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants who serve as the first point of care for so many of us. Primary care providers do more than treat illness, they build trust, guide us through life’s changes, and help us stay healthy over time. Their compassion, dedication, and expertise form the foundation of strong, healthy communities. Let’s take a moment to recognize and thank the PCPs who make a difference every single day. #PCPAwarenessWeek #PrimaryCare #HealthcareHeroes
