First month and here I challenged the team to bring the presidents circle winner for FCG out of this building! We ended with 5 techs hitting all KPI’s to qualify and ultimately this man taking it home! He was down in one area with 4 days to go! Went out and got it where it needed to be same day and added to it as he closed the month. Great job Niko!

What is the Southwind Core Four? Our Core Four are the foundation of great leadership at Southwind — the habits that keep our people aligned, connected, and growing together. 1️⃣ One-on-Ones – Fostering genuine connection through consistent conversations that build trust and ensure every voice is heard. 2️⃣ Meetings – Building alignment so every team moves in the same direction with clarity and purpose. 3️⃣ Teammate Development – Investing in our people through continuous learning and skill enhancement. 4️⃣ Scorecards – Measuring what matters by staying accountable to the metrics that drive our success. That’s why we have our newest leaders become Core Four Certified — to ensure our culture and leadership principles stay strong as we continue to grow. 💪⚡

This week at HQ, we’re proud to host our GM Core 4 Certification Training where leaders from across our brands and markets are coming together to learn what it truly means to lead at the General Manager level! Led by the one and only Bryce Atagi, each day dives deep into one of the pillars of our Core 4: 1-on-1s, Meetings, Teammate Development, and Scorecards. There’s a lot that goes into becoming a successful Southwind leader — and this group is putting in the work. We can’t wait to see them continue to grow and make an impact in their next leadership chapter!

This week, we expanded our footprint into two new states: Idaho and Louisiana! The best part of growth isn’t just opening new locations—it’s meeting new teammates and sharing what Southwind is all about. Being there in person from the start helps us build strong partnerships, set the tone for our culture, and show where we’re headed together. We’re excited to see our new teams in Boise and Louisiana take on the junk business, serve their communities, and develop the next generation of leaders. The journey is just beginning! ⚡️

Last week, we hosted our second Power Grid at HQ—this time centered on the art of storytelling. Led by Branden Phillips, the session highlighted how great storytelling isn’t about the topic itself, but about capturing attention, creating imagery, and speaking with confidence. Whether you’re talking to teammates or customers, the story you tell makes all the difference. Huge thank you to BP for sharing your insight and passion with Southwind! ⚡

Jeffery Anderson & Amanda Narula led the weekly All-Hands Meeting this week and reminded us that perception can be powerful—but also dangerous. The smartest among us can still be blinded by bias, which is why growth starts with asking better questions. In a world full of noise, the real advantage comes from slowing down, challenging our own thinking, and letting the data guide us forward. Thank you for setting a strong tone for the week, Jeffery & Amanda! ⚡️
