Houston Dash owner Ted Segal is in advanced talks to sell the NWSL team to RHC Group for $120 million, according to multiple people familiar with the talks. RHC Group was launched in 2024 by Richard Hsiao, the 24-year-old son of Chinese billionaire Xiao Jianhua. Sources say RHC was funded via independent wealth from his mother’s family.
