This year’s theme, “I Belong,” challenged students to reflect on identity, connection, and community through original works across multiple artistic disciplines. Each February, SBISD proudly celebrates Black History Month by honoring the history, achievements, and enduring contributions of Black Americans. Through our TEKS-aligned classroom instruction, students engage with more than 400 years of Black history as an integral part of their comprehensive study of United States history, guided by curriculum and grade-level standards. This month—and every month—we reflect, learn, and grow together as a community. #BlackHistoryMonth

Spring Branch ISD recently hosted its first Spanish Spelling Bee, with students from dual language campuses advancing to regional competition.
