Check out the Anchin’s 20th Annual State of the Construction Industry event on Wednesday, November 12th at Club 101.   Presented in cooperation with the New York Building Congress (NYBC), the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), and the Subcontractors Trade Association (STA), this event brings together executives from across the architecture, engineering, construction, and real estate industries for an insightful morning of discussion and connection.   The event will feature a keynote address from John F. Earlier this month, Deborah Bradley, Claire Reffitt, Akshat Shah, Deepam Shakya, and Michael Marucci attended the STA Technology Expo at City Tech College, a great opportunity to see firsthand how emerging tools, especially AI, are changing the way we manage projects. From smarter scheduling and predictive analytics to real-time collaboration platforms, the innovations on display showed how technology is helping teams work faster, safer, and more efficiently. The event wasn’t just about new software; it was about rethinking how we plan, build, and deliver projects. Thank you to Subcontractors Trade Association and City Tech, CUNY, for organizing such a forward-thinking event! The DBC team left energized and full of ideas on how technology can elevate the work we do every day.

It was great to attend the Subcontractors Trade Association Tech Expo on October 9th and hear different perspectives from general contractors, subcontractors, and tech startup leaders on how technology is shaping the future of construction. It’s inspiring to see how innovation continues to transform the industry, from advancements in project management and safety to the growing influence of data and automation. The discussions and presentations truly showcased how these technologies are driving a more efficient, collaborative, and forward-thinking future for construction.
