  • Emily Stokes began her career at Stamford Health in 2023 working in our materials management department. Since then, she's advanced to two different positions, now working as a strategic planning analyst with our strategy & analytics team. Emily was recently highlighted for her "Growth Story," where she reflected on her first role, joining the materials management department during a moment of transition. "They had just implemented Oracle, and I took on any project I could. I tried to make it a collaborative experience, creating great relationships with people in other teams - purchasing, warehouse, clinical areas - that helped me understand the full impact of my work." Her advice to colleagues? "Leverage the knowledge of people around you. And, say 'yes' to opportunities. It forces you to think outside of the box."
