STNL Team Meeting Day: Where Strategy Meets Home Runs! ⚾ Yesterday was truly a day where strategy met home runs for our amazing STNL team. We started strong with our quarterly team meeting where we celebrated last quarter's wins and then followed that up with some breakout sessions where the various departments collaborated around shared goals. The real home run came when we traded meeting rooms for stadium seats at Great American Ball Park. Our team building event at the Cincinnati Reds game gave us a chance to mingle with our colleagues "off the field," and it was fantastic. While the Reds didn't take home the victory, we certainly did. There's something powerful about combining productive strategic work with genuine fun and connection all in one day. At STNL, we believe the strongest teams are built through both meaningful work and meaningful experiences together. 📣 EXCITING TRANSFORMATION UNDERWAY IN BLUE ASH! 📣 Last week marked the first step in bringing a new convenience retail development to the Cincinnati market as our team at STNL begins demolition of the former Red Roof Inn at the Pfeiffer Road exit off I-71 in Blue Ash. This 2.5-acre redevelopment will transform an underutilized property into a premier convenience destination featuring a state-of-the-art Wawa store and fueling station at this high-visibility gateway location. We're thrilled to develop this site for a retailer that so many have been excited to see enter our market. This project represents our commitment to developing high-quality, build-to-suit properties for growing brands while giving new life to underutilized spaces. Our team's industry expertise and innovative approach ensures consistent results and on-time delivery. As the year draws to a close, we gathered our team to celebrate our achievements at our annual holiday party. We had a wonderful time eating, drinking, and being merry! To our entire team, thank you for an incredible 2024, and here's to a prosperous 2025.

This year’s Thanksgiving Food Drive was our biggest yet! With the help of our neighbors at Corporate Office Park, we donated over 325 lbs. of food and household supplies to Inter Parish Ministry’s Food Pantry. A huge thank you to our team for helping us give back this holiday season. Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at STNL Development!

We want to welcome Devon Milburn to our STNL team! Devon is our Property Accountant—he assists with Accounts Payable and Receivable, monthly closing processes, quarterly work papers, and financial reporting.     Devon is a recent graduate of the University of Cincinnati.
