The end of the de minimis rule is no longer just a talking point. Today, it’s the new reality for every e-commerce brand. For years, a decades-old exemption created an express lane for international brands, letting them ship over $65 billion worth of inventory into the U.S. duty-free last year. This gave them a massive "logistics arbitrage" on both shipping costs and tax. That express lane is now closed. This is an opportunity for every brand that has invested in a resilient, domestic fulfillment strategy. You can now compete on an even playing field, offering the faster, more reliable delivery that customers expect. For brands without a domestic fulfillment strategy, now is the time to pivot. By bringing your inventory into the U.S., you can offset those international tariffs and deliver products in days instead of weeks. This is how you protect your margins and elevate the consumer experience. Our CEO, Sean Henry, explained on CNN's Early Start the full impact of this policy change. If your brand has been negatively impacted by this policy change, we have special programs ready to help and this guide to dig into all the details: https://lnkd.in/djcvgEJq
