About us

Family Law Pathways Networks is a national program for professionals and practitioners working with families who are separating, or have separated. The Networks are designed to provide separated or separating families with ready access to services they may need as quickly and seamlessly as possible. It is an initiative funded by the Australian Government's Attorney General’s Department. The aim of the Networks is to support practitioners to work collaboratively, maintain strong working relationships and develop appropriate referral mechanisms to assist separating or separated families navigate the broader Family Law system. Two key roles of the networks are: 1. Promoting awareness of services 2. Conducting cross-sectoral training There are nine Family Law Pathways Networks across Queensland. The Sunshine Coast Network services the area from Caloundra to Noosa and is auspiced by UnitingCare.
