SWP was founded in 2005 as a civil consulting firm with a specialty in stormwater, today SWP has evolved with a renewed focus as a general contractor with an emphasis on civil construction. SWP specializes in general contracting, new pavement preservation and maintenance, underground construction, earthwork and excavating, demolition, major and minor concrete work and bridge repair and construction.
