Middleby Coffee Solutions Group is proud to announce the appointment of Scott Blankenship to the position of Director of Customer Experience, starting June 2nd, 2025. 🎉   Scott is joining Middleby after a two-year tenure as Service Director at Eversys NA, where he drove SLA improvement through the overhauling of the service network and the implementation of various internal initiatives, including part management and CRM processes. His professional background comprises diverse experiences in service positions. From 2021 to 2023 he served as Director of Field Services at SEB Professional NA (Schaerer, WMF, Curtis) and from 2014 to 2021, as Service Manager, he contributed to double customer satisfaction rate structuring Franke Foodservice’s service network in the US.   He started his career at American Hotel Register in 2001, where he held different sales positions before moving to the coffee industry.   When he and his family are not exploring the western shores of the Puget Sound for a café or travelling, Scott keeps himself busy landscaping. He is an avid fan of his childhood team, the Cincinnati Bengals and he also likes “true” football: he’s a supporter of Liverpool FC and he hardly misses one of the Red’s matches.   Scott’s experience and passion for customer success will contribute to the continued growth of our service and order management processes, so please join us in welcoming him and wishing him the best in his new and very important assignment here at MCSG!
