Here’s a look at what TAM has been up to so far this October. We kicked off the month by celebrating World Heart Day with our Cornhole for a Cause event. Our remote teams showed their support by wearing red to honor the Children’s Heart Foundation.   October has also been an exciting month for growth. We welcomed The Lakes in Fife, Washington, and Crestmark in Douglasville, Georgia, our 100th community, into the TAM family. Our TAM family made quite a splash by bringing the beach vibes indoors for a Hawaiian style dress up day with colorful prints, leis and plenty of laughs. It is always refreshing to pause and seize an opportunity to pair hard work with a little fun while celebrating together. Great leaders know that building strong communities starts with empowering strong teams.   Regional VP, Natalie, brought our property managers and regional managers together at the corporate office for an engaging Budget Bootcamp. What stood out most was how the session went far beyond numbers. It created space for strategy, collaboration, and building the confidence that comes from really understanding the budgeting process.   The conversations were thoughtful, the questions were intentional, and the takeaways will make an impact across every community represented.
