    Our journey to parenthood was anything but easy, but Target was there to support us every step of the way.  For my husband and I to have our dirt-bike riding, country-singing son, it took four years of trying.  In between our son and our daughter, we had a pregnancy that we ended up losing. My son called that baby “Pineapple”, so now we call them Baby P.  After losing Baby P, we knew we absolutely wanted to have another child.  That’s when I decided to look into Target’s benefits, hoping there might be some help available to us. I called what is now Bullseye Health Spot, and a fertility coverage specialist walked me through all of the benefits available to me.  If you don’t know, there is A LOT that goes into IVF. Medications, treatments, and countless appointments can feel overwhelming, but Target’s support made it manageable.  Then came a moment that felt like fate: our embryo transfer was scheduled for November 30th—the day that would have been Baby P’s birthday.  At the same time, I was also working on my MBA—another life-changing opportunity made possible by Target’s education benefit, called Dream to Be. When I think back on it, I’m still astounded. Target wasn’t just investing in me professionally but also personally, in ways that were transforming both my home life and my future career.  When I reflect on all that working at Target has done for me, I’m so grateful. It pushes me to think about how I can contribute to this culture, to make Target an even better place for all of us, just as I see my team members doing every day.  So, I will continue to share my story. I tell people all the time: working at Target is so much more than a paycheck. It’s a culture and an investment in you.  You get the opportunity to build your best self—not just your best professional self, but your best self at work AND at home.  #TargetBenefits #LifeAtTarget #WorkingMoms

    Accessibility Reimagined: A NEW Self-Checkout Experience Target is proud to introduce a first-of-its-kind accessible self-checkout experience, designed with and for guests who are blind, have low vision or have motor disabilities. This effort highlights what good jobs at Target look like — meaningful work empowering team members to create real change for our guests and communities.  What does accessible self-checkout include?   - Braille and high-contrast button icons  - A headphone jack with adjustable volume  - Physical navigation buttons and a dedicated info key  - A custom tactile controller co-developed with Elo  - Seamless audio guidance for every screen and payment prompt Steve D., a blind UX accessibility senior manager at Target, played a key role in developing the innovative system—and has a deeply personal connection to its impact. His daughter, who has low vision, recently used the system to navigate checkout independently for the first time. Guided by tactile controls, audio prompts, and her dad’s quiet support, the experience was both intuitive and empowering. “Shopping with my daughter and teaching her how to use the self-checkout, that was powerful. It’s not just tech.     #CSAM2025 | During an important panel discussion on ‘Digital Fortress in the AI Era: Building Cyber Resilience Across Ecosystems for the Global Stage,’ the panellists highlighted that cybersecurity is a collective responsibility today and a core element of building organizational resilience. With increasing exposure to threats, cybersecurity needs to keep up with the pace of technological change if the aim is to secure data at all times. They also focused on the importance of creating strong security architecture to combat the increasing attack surface.
