Are you sabotaging your AI PM interviews without realizing it? The pattern I see everywhere: Fintech PMs who build chatbots for e-commerce. Health tech leaders prototyping tools for education. AI experience that has NOTHING to do with their actual superpowers. You're doing the work. But you're throwing away your edge. Here's what we’re talking enough about: Your 5+ years in fintech? That's not separate from AI skills. Your deep health tech knowledge? That's your competitive moat. Companies don't need another person who built a random AI side project. They need someone who can walk into their industry and immediately spot: → The 3 use cases worth pursuing NOW → The ones that'll drain budget with no ROI → The difference between AI hype and real transformation That's rare. And that's what gets you hired. But there's a second part most people miss: You need hands-on fluency with AI tools. Not just awareness. Interviewers aren't asking "Have you heard of Claude?" anymore. They're asking: "Show me how you'd prototype this." "Walk me through your workflow." "Why this tool over that one?" If you freeze up, you're done. The interview game has changed. Hands-on prototyping rounds are now standard at top companies. So how do you actually prepare? I’m excited to partner with Superinterviews to host a free workshop that answers that exact question. As an OG AI builder (Principal Product Lead behind Amazon's Alexa) I’ve had the privilege of working with teams to carve the path we're all rushing down now. This topic isn’t new to me. It’s familiar. And I want to borrow my clarity, confidence, and steady hands to connect your domain expertise to AI fluency in ways that make interviewers lean forward. 🎟️[Free Workshop] High-Stake AI Product Interviews With Ex-Alexa AI Principal PM 👉 Reserve your spot:  https://luma.com/p3dofgll   This is for: ✅ AI Product Managers ready to level up ✅ AI GTM leaders preparing for their next move ✅ AI Customer Success and Support Leaders You'll walk away knowing: → How to position domain knowledge as your AI advantage → Which tools to master and how to talk about them → How to crush hands-on interview scenarios Limited seats available.

⚡️Vibe check: OpenAI vs. Anthropic (don’t make this interview mistake) What’s a top mistake even senior candidates make in interviews? They prep for the role but not the company. Let’s look at the OpenAI PM role on Codex vs. the Anthropic PM role on Claude Code. Two companies. Similar roles. Totally different vibes. At Anthropic, the product tone is principled, research-driven, methodical. It’s all about driving Anthropic’s mission to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems, making AI safe and beneficial for users and for society. At OpenAI, it’s bold, fast, impact-oriented, and built for scale. It’s all driving OpenAI’s mission to ensure AGI benefits all of humanity, with big bets and mega-scale. Neither is better, but if you’re interviewing for an AI PM role, your answer framing needs to match the environment you’re walking into. We’ve tuned Superinterviews to help you do exactly that, fast: - Company research that uncovers the subtle signals in how each org operates so you get a real “vibe” on the company - Practice questions that simulate the real interview tone - Feedback that is real, and helps you adjust answers to fit the company’s specific vibe Below are two prep snapshots. Same role, different expectations, same recruiter screen question (we always recommend to start there). At Anthropic, I totally whiffed on mentioning safety. Big red flag. If you’ve got an AI PM interview coming up, you’ll want to see how this works live. Whether it’s for Anthropic or OpenAI or any other company. We’ll talk through the details of top mistakes candidates make. We’re running a free workshop tomorrow, interviewing for AI Product Management roles. $3,300 of value. FREE. Limited spots. Register in the comments.

Interviewing for an AI PM role hits different. Tomorrow, we're teaming up with Ravi Mehta (former CPO at Tinder) for a FREE, live workshop on how to stand out in AI Product Management interviews. Ravi has hired and coached hundreds of PMs at the world’s top companies (think OpenAI, Meta and many at the Super 50) and he knows exactly what interviewers are looking for when they say “AI intuition.” We’ll cover: - The two sides of AI Product Management - How to demonstrate AI fluency without being an engineer - What separates strong candidates from obvious hires If you’re in the running for an AI PM role at places like OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, or Google, you won't want to miss this. We initially capped this at 250, but Ravi agreed to open it up since we've seen a ton of demand for this (we're almost at 600 registrants!). Happening tomorrow. 🔗 Link in comments 👇

I've been advising PMs interviewing at OpenAI, Meta, and Google. The ones who get offers all do one thing differently. They don't just talk about AI. They build with it. Here's what I mean... When you build with AI, you learn things LinkedIn can't teach you: - Which prompts collapse under edge cases - When hallucinations spike (and why) - Where traditional code still beats LLMs - What "good enough" actually looks like for users For example, everyone second post is about AI observability and AI evals. But, it's impossible to create great evals until you develop a sense for how the technology actually works... and that comes from hands-on experience. What's one thing you can do to prepare? AI prototyping. AI product management really breaks down into two things: 1️⃣ Using AI to build better products (writing PRDs, research synthesis, rapid prototyping). 2️⃣ Understanding AI deeply enough to build better AI-powered products. The second skill feeds the first. Build prototypes that use AI, and you're simultaneously learning the technology and shipping faster. If you're currently interviewing for an AI PM role at a top-tier company (or a fast-growing startup), I'm co-hosting a free workshop this Friday with the team at Superinterviews. We're covering: → The top reasons qualified candidates get rejected → How to become the obvious hire in AI PM interviews → Real frameworks you can use immediately It's anonymous (we know the process is sensitive), and you'll get access to a private community of other candidates actively prepping. We cap the workshop at 250 people. And last month sold out fast. Reserve your spot now 👉 https://luma.com/kw5ng7kb
