🚀 New Publication in Science Advances! We’re excited to share that TetraMem, together with our research partners, has published "Real-time signal processing enabled by fused networks on a memristor-based system-on-a-chip" in Science Advances. 📌 Why it matters: Today’s digital systems face the von Neumann bottleneck, which limits performance and drives up energy use—especially for data-heavy tasks like audio and video signal processing. Our memristor-based analog in-memory computing (IMC) SoC overcomes these limits by performing computation directly inside memory, dramatically improving energy efficiency. 💡 Key results from the paper: Integrated Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT) + Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) for real-time audio classification. Achieved very high accuracy on the AudioMNIST dataset with excellent signal fidelity. Real-time edge detection on video frames. Significant energy efficiency gains vs. conventional digital approaches.
