At the 2025 WWD Beauty CEO Summit, Stephane de La Faverie, President & CEO, joined Jenny B. Fine, Editor In Chief, WWD Beauty Inc. to discuss how ELC is moving boldly into its next chapter. During the conversation, Stéphane shared that ELC’s transformation through Beauty Reimagined is both operational and cultural – anchored in speed, innovation, and putting the consumer at the center of everything we do. 3 key takeaways from Stephane and Jenny’s discussion: ◾️ Beauty is resilient. Beauty moves with culture – and as culture evolves, beauty adapts. ◾️ Structural shifts are reshaping the landscape. From the rise of middle-class consumers, demand for experiential retail, and transformative power of AI – change is accelerating. ◾️ Consumer-centricity is non-negotiable. The future of ELC is focused on moving faster to meet consumer demands – wherever they are in the world. “We are one team, with one purpose and one mission,” Stephane said. “Ambition without accountability is nothing else than a dream.” Learn more in the May issue of Beauty Inc.: https://lnkd.in/eYwffbnX #WWDBeautyCEOSummit #BeautyReimagined
