There’s no blanket solution for middle-market health benefits. ICHRA is one of the fastest-growing strategies today, yet with under 2% market share, it’s still largely untapped. 📈 💡 When implemented strategically, Hauser clients have seen 5–10% savings at renewal — without sacrificing quality or coverage. ⚙️ The key is knowing when ICHRA fits, and when it doesn’t. The right evaluation can materially impact portfolio economics. Want to see how ICHRA worked for another PE-backed platform? Let’s connect. 🤝 #ICHRA #EmployeeBenefits #PrivateEquity #BenefitsStrategy #SelfFunding #PortfolioOptimization #HauserForYou

We’re excited to welcome Andrew Estill as Hauser’s new Managing Director for Corporate Risk! Andrew joins Hauser having spent the last couple decades supporting clients and addressing their risk financing challenges. Leveraging his experience in leadership roles across Operations, M&A, and Business Development with WTW and Aon, Andrew will help position Hauser for transformational long-term growth. About the opportunity to join Hauser: “It was the opportunity to join a team that can deliver meaningful impact at the intersection of risk and private equity - two disciplines I find very interesting. The model is positioned to leverage the growth mindset of PE and support that growth with risk protection.” Some lessons learned from my career thus far: “I’ve been incredibly fortunate to have learned from patient and invested mentors whose time and energy have been invaluable. Talent in an organization should be valued and supported - we only get better as a team if we’re sharing ideas and context, so it’s mission-critical to be investing in the people around us. Mentorship can multiply impact! Empathy ensures intentional communication and collaboration builds trust – listening puts us on that path, an important habit to maintain. Adaptability - accepting the status quo is a sure-fire way fail slowly. Innovation is a necessary priority to having a successful team culture.” Core values in the workplace: “They’re the same as in life. Integrity - doing the right thing, all the time Accountability – taking ownership for the whole process as a team, leading with ‘how can I help’ Curiosity/ Empathy – central to how we communicate & collaborate” Outside of work: “Family is a priority, luckily lots of them are relatively nearby. I try and take advantage of things to do in NYC as well as in places far from big cities. I occasionally compete in some bike/running races without any realistic shot at winning. I’m also on the board of some philanthropic organizations including the ‘Midtown Educational Foundation’ and ‘Improving Schools’.” We’re thrilled to have Andrew on the Hauser team—please join us in welcoming him! #Welcome #Leadership #PrivateEquity #CorporateRisk #BusinessGrowth #HauserForYou
