Now in its 15th year, the Novi Leadership Summit and Awards honours the impact of female leadership, innovation and entrepreneur. The awards have evolved from their origins as the Forward Ladies awards to become a cornerstone event for recognizing women who are breaking barriers across both public and private sectors. How to Participate The awards offer multiple ways for women to get involved: Nominations You can nominate a woman you admire by going to Novi Nominations and entering their information.
