Chef Devon Quinn is sharing one of the coolest spring ingredients we’re working with, Norwegian spruce tips. Foraged in Traverse City and packed in Ellis Family Farms honey from @greencitymarket to naturally ferment, these tips carry wild yeast and develop incredible depth and complexity over time.
