  • What’s in your neighborhood? 🏠 When someone asks where you live in Boston, for example, you’ll most likely give them your area or your neighborhood, like Southie, Back Bay, or a suburb. That gives a quick mental map of context - what you might be interested in, what your personality is like. Your address is the most specific part. At PI, we think about people in a similar way. Our Reference Profiles are the behavioral “neighborhoods” of the PI ecosystem, helpful shorthand to understand patterns. Behavioral patterns are your own address that are unique, and that level of detail matters. Here’s why this metaphor works: - Reference Profiles give you a helpful map. They show the general terrain of behaviors and work styles. - No two people in the same neighborhood are exactly alike. Your individual pattern makes you unique. - When you take the time to explore the full pattern, you can unlock deeper insights into communication, motivation, and team dynamics. Your Reference Profile gives you direction. Your behavioral pattern fills in the streets, the landmarks, and the character that makes you who you are. So, what’s in your neighborhood? • Most HR teams aren’t ready for the future. And 9 out of 10 leaders agree: policies must evolve. That’s the hard truth our latest research uncovered when we surveyed 200+ HR and business leaders for the HR Field Guide to the Future. The gap between what organizations say they want - and what they’re actually prepared to do - is widening. Here’s what stood out: - Too many companies still treat culture as a “nice-to-have” instead of a business driver. - Leaders are rushing to adopt new tech, but without a clear strategy to keep people at the center. - The real cost of inaction? Missed growth, higher turnover, and teams that simply can’t adapt fast enough. Want more insights? Want to keep people at the heart of your organization? • Which coffee order fits YOUR work style? ☕ It’s National Coffee Day, and at PI, we know people aren’t one-size-fits-all, and neither are their coffee orders. Every cup clues you in about that person's preferences and behaviors. Our team brewed up a special coffee menu that shows the unique flavors each profile brings to work. Swipe through to see what’s on the menu and then tell us if we nailed your order. Not sure what your Reference Profile is? • ✨Ever wondered what it’s like to be a Promoter? Not just as a behavioral label, but in the daily work you do, the energy you bring, and the gaps you learn to own? In “My Life as a PI Promoter,” our own Sarah Wallace pulls back the curtain on her experience owning the "Promoter" profile at PI. From amplifying others’ ideas to navigating structure vs. flexibility, she shares how behavioral insight isn’t just theory. Behavioral data is a guide for leadership, collaboration, and continual growth - but as Sarah explains, it's not immune to perception bias. Two Promoters may share the same behavioral strengths, yet still show up differently in the reality of the workplace. 💡 A few highlights you’ll find: - Why being a Promoter is about more than “charisma," it’s a bridge-builder role - The caution areas she leans into (spoiler: details & structure) - How she asks people to work with her (vs. just manage her) - A challenge: “Which Reference Profile are you?” and why it matters If you want a firsthand look at how behavioral science meets real-world work, this is for you. 🔗 Read the full post: My Life as a PI Promoter https://bit.ly/486JdTw
