We were honored to welcome San Francisco Mayor Daniel Lurie for a fireside chat with our President & CEO Rati Sahi Levesque at our headquarters. Women make up 66% of The RealReal’s team, so this Women’s Equality Day, we’re honored to recognize women who shape and strengthen our community. Earlier this month, our Women’s Employee Resource Group hosted our second “Empower Hour” in partnership with Project Glimmer, a national nonprofit inspiring girls to envision and realize empowered futures. The virtual mentorship session connected more than 250 high school and college students with TRR team members who shared about their career journeys, challenges they’ve overcome, and what drives their passion for work. By creating space for women to grow, mentor, and be heard, we’re proud to help build a more equitable future for our workplace and the next generation of changemakers.
