We’re excited to spotlight Elizabeth McLean, Senior Director of Talent Management and Organizational Learning at Vertex Pharmaceuticals and a 2021 graduate of our Advanced Women Leaders experience. Liz is a strategic HR leader known for fostering psychological safety, scaling talent systems, and leading with emotional intelligence.
