We are proud to announce the signing of a landmark gas agreement to acquire a 38% interest in the offshore "Block 1" gas concession in Turkmenistan. This acquisition strengthens our international gas portfolio and expands our footprint in the Caspian Sea. The agreement was signed in the presence of His Excellency Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, UAE Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, ADNOC Managing Director and Group CEO and Executive Chairman of XRG, H.E. Suhail Mohamed Al Mazrouei, Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, H.E. Ahmed Ali Al Sayegh, Minister of State to the UAE Cabinet, along with senior leaders from XRG and our trusted partners PETRONAS, Turkmennebit, and Turkmengas. This strategic investment with the long-time concession operator Petronas will provide XRG immediate volumes for our growing integrated gas portfolio and long-term value with access to more than 7 trillion cubic feet of natural gas resources. #XRG
