Every year, Margaret W. surprises the team with a company off-site. The itinerary is a mystery and we don't even know where we're going until right before the trip. Last week, our small-but-mighty team packed up and flew out to Banff in Canada for 4 days of hiking, sight-seeing, and some impressive karaoke (not pictured). Now, we're feeling rejuvenated, full of cereal, and ready to dive back into our inboxes. In years past, we've been to Mexico City and Montana, where should we go next?

Nothing beats cereal at 7pm Every few days I’ll indulge myself in a pre bed-time bowl of cereal. Three Wishes is my go-to. Incredibly satisfying way to end a day. One night as I was eating a bowl at our kitchen island, my daughter grabs a bowl, the box of Three Wishes, milk and plops down next to me. We ate in silence until she confessed that she’s been eating cereal every night. What an odd thing to have in common. I burst out laughing, she started giggling. Formative moment. Wondering if it’d happen again, I returned to the kitchen the next night. As did she. We poured our bowls, sat down, and we talked about her classes and her “tribe”. She opened up freely in a way she never did before. It was the time of day and circumstance in which she felt most comfortable. And I was there for her. She normally is quite talkative but never like this. She needed time to process her day, time to reflect and comfort and the safety to have deeper, introspective and reflective discussions. We now call them our “cereal parties.” We even confirm each other’s attendance each afternoon. It’s become a daily rhythm we both look forward to—an anchor in our relationship that’s brought us closer than ever. Moments like these are fleeting. Who knows how many more bowls we’ll share? But tonight, we’ve already confirmed—we’ll both be there. Nothing beats cereal at 7pm

Hot take: customer service is the best part of any job. It's not flashy, it's not always fun, but it's incredibly rewarding. Whether we're answering frantic questions or working hard to turn a frown upside down, communicating one-on-one with the people who purchase our products will always be our priority. Plus, it doesn't hurt that our inbox is usually flooded with love notes like this :)

Another day, another dream store unlocked. So stoked about our first week in Publix Super Markets! This adds more than 1,300 doors to our total store tally. I can't imagine I'm the only person who first experienced Publix Super Markets on a trip to visit grandma in Florida (shoutout to Long Boat Key!) That deli counter ... omg! Anytime I land in FL, the first thing I do is order a massive sandwich and put almost every ingredient on there. I am SOOO PUMPED that Three Wishes Cereal is now available at all Publix stores. Margaret ... ready to be a snowbird with me?
