Events like PFPA Law Enforcement Readiness & Resilience Industry Day reflect exactly why TIAG exists: to advance mission readiness through innovation, partnership, and purpose. Our team was proud to stand with CoachMePlus and showcase how mResilience and Warrior Performance Platform (WP2) empower those who protect our communities and our nation.
A big thanks to the Pentagon Force Protection Agency for hosting a Law Enforcement Readiness & Resilience Industry Day at the Pentagon. This was an incredible opportunity to showcase TIAG® human performance technology innovations to agency leaders. Rachel Burdette and I teamed up with our strategic partner CoachMePlus to demonstrate: 1) The mResilience law enforcement wellness/peer support platform. mRes draws on 15+ years of military operational stress control tech experience and is purpose-built for law enforcement. It is National Fraternal Order of Police vetted and approved. 2) The Warrior Performance Platform (WP2). WP2 is the military version of the CM+ Athlete Management System that has been adapted to meet DoD human performance requirements while achieving the necessary cybersecurity accreditations. WP2 allows users to integrate personal wearable fitness devices. #policeresilience #humanperformanceoptimization #wellness #mentalhealth Photos are courtesy of the PFPA and are released for public use. From taking a chance to helping drive our evolution into the mission-focused organization we are today, Jake Repanshek has been pivotal in building TIAG's culture, mentoring others, and inspiring excellence across everything he does. Here’s to the impact you’ve made and the future you continue to shape, Jake!
Today marks the start of my 18th year with TIAG®. When I took a flyer on the small but growing company back in 2008, I was lured by the promise of growth, exposure, and a license to make my own impact. I'm unbelievably proud to say that my time at TIAG has exceeded even my loftiest expectations. Even in this current moment, with many challenges and uncertainties facing our industry, TIAG remains an organization grounded in its culture and committed to doing the right thing for our people and our customers. To all of the leaders, mentors, and colleagues I've met along the way -- a sincere thanks. And to all the members of the current TIAG team -- let's continue to get after it!

“We started with the team learning about victims of traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and developed personas to describe our users. From there, we progressed with a feeling of collaboration and exploration to ensure the finished product met the needs of our Veterans, their friends, and families managing the symptoms of TBIs. The application has been well received by those with TBIs and also generated interest in the provider community.” We believe that good design is proactive and involves partnering with the intended audience. We have the experience, expertise, and demonstrable capability of integrating human-centered design in product development at any scale.
