Our Shanghai office recently hosted Tower China’s first Women’s Initiative Network (WIN) panel: From Golf to Life. The discussion blended leadership insights with personal reflection, featuring Chris Shen, founder of WELINKS, a women-led indoor golf brand redefining how urban professionals in China experience the sport. Chris shared her journey as an entrepreneur and the lessons golf offers beyond the course — power, honesty, resilience, and focus. We wrapped up with an indoor golf outing for Tower colleagues, turning inspiration into practice and continuing WIN’s mission to foster authentic leadership, inclusion, and connection across our global offices. 🚴♂️ Tower at Rides FAR 2025 🚴♀️ This past weekend, we were proud to support the Rides FAR charity cycling event, with Tower joining hundreds of riders nationwide to raise funds for the Autism Science Foundation — which funds evidence-based autism research and provides crucial support to autism families. Rides FAR (For Autism Research) has grown into one of the most anticipated charity events on the Street, and we’ve been honored to support them for the past several years. Events like this reflect Tower’s commitment not only to excellence in trading, but also to the communities where we live and work. A big congratulations to our team for taking part — and a heartfelt thank you to the organizers and fellow riders who made the day such a success. Last week, Tower joined hundreds of employers at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Fall Career Fair to connect with the next generation of quants and engineers. It was a fantastic opportunity to meet talented students, answer questions about life at Tower, and share what makes our work and culture unique. Of course, our swag table was a hit too — thanks to everyone who stopped by to say hello and pick something up! We look forward to staying in touch. Tower was excited to welcome Georgia Tech students to our office for an information session and Q&A hosted by Tower team members who are proud Georgia Tech alumni. It was a great opportunity to share what life at Tower is like, answer questions directly from students, and highlight the paths our alumni have taken from campus to careers in quantitative trading. We always enjoy connecting with the next generation of talent — and especially with students from a school that has given Tower so many outstanding colleagues.🐝

Last month, Tower Research Ventures hosted cybersecurity researcher Vineeth Sai Narajala for a deep dive into the emerging threat vectors posed by generative AI and agentic tools. Key takeaways: - LLMs are probabilistic — unlike traditional software, you can’t guarantee outputs - AI agents act like humans — from external malicious threats to internal accidents - Speed is the risk — agents can cause damage not just within seconds, but within CPU cycles - Security tradeoffs — static permissions inherited from root humans vs. AI-native just-in-time credentials We’re investing in solutions built for this new era of AI + security. If you’re building in this space, let’s talk — email ventures@tower-research.com. Read the full recap: https://lnkd.in/gzFw7Mse

We told #CppCon attendees to ask us anything — and they did! From engineering opportunities and challenges, we shared how Tower develops talent by exposing our team to both. The lively AMA-style Q&A that followed didn’t disappoint. We’re grateful to the global C++ community for the energy, curiosity, and great conversations at this year’s conference. Thanks for stopping by our booth, engaging with our team, and making #CppCon such a memorable experience.
