✍ Leveraging Scale to Boost the Post-Trade Life Cycle Post-trade has historically run behind in processes and technology compared with the pre-trade and execution segments of the trade life cycle, but the gap is narrowing amid increased clearing volumes, expanded regulatory mandates and a higher bar for best practices. Following our 2024 acquisition of ATEO, we’ve expanded our post-trade and clearing capabilities, bridging the gap between front-office execution and post-trade processing to reduce risk and manual intervention. In our latest blog post, Alun Green, EVP and Managing Director, Futures and Options, explores how TT is modernizing post-trade through scale, integration and innovation to help firms streamline workflows, adapt to T+1 settlement and prepare for real-time clearing. ✍ TT Connects with Brendan Mulvany, Head of Trading at Bowmoor Capital. Transaction cost analysis (TCA) is well established in equity and fixed income markets. Following our acquisition of Abel Noser Solutions in 2023, a big part of our data and analytics strategy has been to bring TCA to other asset classes, including futures. In April of this year, Bowmoor Capital was among the first clients to deploy TT Futures TCA to inform their trade execution and algorithmic trading strategies and ensure they are achieving best execution. Brendan Mulvany, Head of Trading at Bowmoor Capital, recently spoke to Peter L. Weiler for our TT Connect blog about his career in futures trading, how trade execution is constantly evolving, Bowmoor Capital’s growth and the value of TCA. Last week, we were in Lavarpur Village, near GIFT City in Gandhinagar, with Go Dharmic and Arjun Global to inaugurate the new computer labs we funded at the village school. Our donation helped to develop four smart classrooms at the Lavarpur School to serve 400 students across multiple age groups. This initiative is providing children with vital access to digital learning and opening doors to new opportunities. It was a privilege to be able to meet and interact with some of the children who are being supported by this project. Justin Llewellyn-Jones shridhar sheth Tyler Steeds
