Hillcrest is officially underway! Alongside our partners Third & Urban, we recently broke ground on Hillcrest, an 8.1-acre mixed-use community in the heart of Sandy Springs, Georgia. The development will feature 362 premium apartment units, 30 luxury for-rent townhomes, and over 19,000 square feet of vibrant retail space seamlessly integrated with a central greenspace plaza. All portions of the project are expected to be delivered by the end of 2027. It's taken a great team effort to get to this point. With our recent topping out celebration, the new Sprouts Farmers Market headquarters is one step closer to completion! The 7-acre campus, located within Phoenix's City North development, will include a 145,000-square-foot Class-A office building, a 25,000-square-foot flagship grocery store, and 11,000 square feet of high-end retail space. The company's new campus is designed to foster collaboration and employee well-being, featuring modern amenities like a rooftop deck, on-site fitness center, and culinary kitchens. We’re proud to celebrate the grand opening of the Puget Sound Energy Operations Training Center in Puyallup, Washington. Developed in partnership with Puget Sound Energy (PSE), this state-of-the-art facility is designed to elevate utility workforce development across the Pacific Northwest. With classrooms, labs, and outdoor training areas—including a simulated residential neighborhood—this center will provide electric and gas utility workers, as well as emergency first responders, with immersive, real-world training experiences. More than 1,000 professionals will train here annually, receiving over 108,000 hours of instruction, plus 4,000+ apprenticeship hours.
