    TikTok’s fate in the US continues to be a looming open question. So how is that uncertainty affecting consumer brands as we start the biggest quarter of the year?     E-commerce stores are gearing up for Black Friday, but many are still preparing incorrectly. They’re focused on offers, not audiences. On discounts, not data. On volume, not value.
