Space superiority is critical to national defense. Our CEO & co-founder, Even Rogers, joined Bloomberg's Defense Tech Special alongside leaders from Anduril Industries, Palantir Technologies, and Vannevar Labs for conversations on the technologies defining modern deterrence. The impacts of maintaining (or losing) a secure space domain will be felt globally. Collaboration is critical to maintaining this security, and it starts with key conversations like this one. Getting to space means surviving the ride. Before launch, our teams stress test Jackal using a variety of techniques, including vibration testing the mass simulator. Vibration testing is a critical early milestone in our spacecraft builds. It’s our chance to check our homework and make sure our space vehicles and subsystems can withstand the immense stresses and vibrations they will experience on their ride into orbit. From ignition to Max Q and into the stillness of orbit, our tests capture the most extreme and nuanced vibration stress cases, giving us the data we need to fly with confidence. These are the tests that de-risk our missions, improve our design, and make our spacecraft stronger.

Grateful for the opportunity to share our perspective on space security and the mission that drives True Anomaly.
In this week’s episode of Space Minds, host David Ariosto speaks with Stephen Kitay, Senior VP for Space Defense at True Anomaly. The discussion explores how shifting orbital dynamics, emerging threats, and rapid innovation are reshaping space as a warfighting domain — and what it means for U.S. security and industry. Listen to the full episode now.

Later this month, our CEO & co-founder, Even Rogers, will take the Space Stage at TechCrunch Disrupt 2025 to discuss the trends, technologies, and tactics shaping the future of space. At True Anomaly, our mission is to deliver decisive capabilities for space superiority. As we enter our next phase of growth and scale, TechCrunch Disrupt is an amazing opportunity to discuss our approach with other leading voices in the industry. There are truly innovative moves happening in space right now, and we’re pumped to meet all the attendees and investors who share the urgency of protecting the freedom and stability of the space domain. We’ll see you there. 📍 Moscone West, San Francisco | October 27

We had the privilege of hosting six of the best & brightest officers from Space Systems Command’s latest Galaxy cohort at our GravityWorks facility in Long Beach. The SSC Commander Lt Gen Phil Garrant personally directed these young acquisition officers to engage with the best organizations in the world and learn from their experience, with the goal of enhancing the Space Force’s understanding of and integration with industry, researchers, and policymakers. At True Anomaly, we are proud to open our doors to those who are shaping the future of the space industry. The curiosity and caliber of this group reflects the strength of our national defense and the values we fight for.

Jackal's propulsion system is the heart of the spacecraft. Its high-capacity propellant tanks and powerful thrusters deliver the energy, agility, and control needed to gain and hold the tactical advantage in orbit. Space-to-space engagements are won by the spacecraft that can move first, faster, and with greater precision — and Jackal was built from a clean-sheet to assure the upper hand. Rather than being confined to narrow, preplanned paths – a limitation with off-the-shelf spacecraft – Jackal’s propulsion system gives it the high-thrust, high-delta-v performance needed to dominate space-to-space engagements. Jackal is designed with the onboard performance to seize opportunities, force a reaction, and sustain strategic advantage throughout the full mission profile. Built for endurance as well as agility, Jackal stays in the game longer — adapting to changing conditions and carrying missions through to completion even under the highest maneuver demands.

Last week, True Anomaly stood shoulder-to-shoulder with allies and partners at two pivotal global gatherings for space security: 🇺🇸 AMOS Conference in Maui, advancing space domain awareness. 🌍 World Space Business Week, the leading global space business event, and Space Defense & Security Summit, hosted by Novaspace Summits in Paris. Thank you to Sébastien Duménil, Krupal Patel, and panel moderator, David Chégnion, who shared the stage with True Anomaly’s Mark Seidel, CFA. These forums aren’t just conferences. They are rallying points for those committed to ensuring freedom, safety, and superiority in the space domain. We are proud to play our part in building coalitions, strengthening deterrence, and protecting the values we fight for. #AMOSCon #WSBW25 #SDSS25 #SpaceSuperiority

Mission drives design. The next Jackal builds are underway at our GravityWorks HQ and spacecraft manufacturing facility in Denver, CO. Our starting point: Jackal’s primary structure. Built from advanced alloys, the primary structure is optimized for stiffness, strength, and manufacturability. This isn’t just about surviving launch—it’s about rigidity in orbit. A stiffer frame means less flex and vibration during maneuvers, which translates into more precise pointing, faster response, and higher confidence during dynamic space operations. By designing Jackal’s structure fully in-house, we can tightly control packaging efficiency, cost, and repeatability. That lets us hit precise targets for size, mass, and stiffness—critical factors for enabling high-cadence, high-thrust, and high-delta-v maneuvering. These qualities are what allow Jackal to do things other spacecraft simply can’t.
