Yes, Chef! 👨🍳 Chef Richard joined True Food Kitchen back in October 2009, training with Jeffrey Smith in Atlanta before stepping into his first role as a Sous Chef in Austin, Texas. From there, he quickly grew into leadership—moving through ESC to EC in Naples, helping open 11 new restaurants across the country, stepping into innovation when needed, and ultimately landing in his current role as Regional Chef. Over the years, Chef Richard has visited every True Food Kitchen except two, shaping kitchens and supporting teams from coast to coast. Many of our Executive Chefs today can trace their own growth back to his mentorship. 💚 We’re incredibly grateful for his leadership, his dedication, and the lasting impact he continues to make on our people and our purpose.
