This year’s theme is “Achieving the Promise: Universal Access to Palliative.” It’s a powerful reminder that everyone, everywhere, deserves access to quality care, regardless of age, income, or location. L’Shanah Tovah! 🍎🍯 As Rosh Hashanah comes to a close, we reflect on new beginnings, hope, and the sweetness of life. In celebration of the Jewish New Year, Chaplain Rabbi Marci Bloch, along with a dedicated team of volunteers, prepared and delivered 450 bags filled with apples and honey — a cherished tradition symbolizing the wish for a sweet year ahead. Motzie is a little dog with a big story. His owner was in our hospice care and wanted to be sure his best friend would have a home. Thanks to volunteer coordinator Tonya Wiedel, Motzie now has a new home, a cozy backyard, and a family who loves him dearly. It’s amazing what happens when we choose kindness.
