Scott joins Trillion with over 25 years of leadership experience in the private and public sectors and a commitment to leveraging technology, automation, and artificial intelligence to enhance mission readiness, optimize costs, and elevate service delivery. As President, he will work closely with the rest of the leadership team to shape Trillion’s strategic direction and operational execution, propelling the company into its next phase of innovation and growth while advancing its mission and ensuring the continued delivery of value to clients.   As an award-winning IT leader with over two decades of experience at FEMA, Scott is distinguished by his ability to drive efficiency and deliver innovative technology solutions. He held pivotal senior executive leadership roles, including Deputy CIO for Operations and Deputy CIO for Information Technology Management, as well as serving as Acting Chief Information Officer, consistently spearheading digital transformations. His strategic initiatives ensured 24/7/365 service availability by migrating legacy systems to cloud environments, significantly enhancing disaster readiness. His leadership extends to robust financial management, where he oversaw significant program funding and contracts, resulting in substantial cost savings and avoidance. He also notably improved IT governance and stakeholder engagement, elevating FEMA's FITARA score and forging critical alliances across agencies and with industry experts. His efforts consistently introduced new technology, including artificial intelligence, modernized infrastructure, and strengthened cybersecurity and compliance through rigorous audits and policy implementation. Beyond his technical and financial acumen, he demonstrated exceptional leadership in fostering collaboration, streamlining operational processes, and building high-performing teams. He has successfully managed large, geographically dispersed organizations and critical projects, including the Disaster Assistance Improvement Program (DAIP) and the transition to modern collaboration platforms during the COVID-19 pandemic.
