Our Customer Service Representatives may field 2 million calls a year and reply to more than 100,000 emails and letters each year, but they aim to understand each customer’s unique circumstances. We're proud of the connections they build and the help they provide.

We remember 9/11 by supporting the 911 Tower Challenge. This morning, TEP employees volunteered to climb 2,071 steps to honor first responders and other heroes who ascended the 110 floors of the Twin Towers to save lives. Our volunteers also handed out water at the event.
